Bug Description
With 5.8, in Statistics Report donut view on category - if the category in question has only one sub-category with data then you cannot click into the donut to see the subcategory breakdown. This can happen if you limit the date range to say one month - which we do when reviewing our finances each month.
The problem is you don't know what that sub-cat is - hovering over the donut tells you just the category name, and not being able to click into the donut to see the one-colour donut and sub-cat involved you have to search the transactions to find it out.
Either solution, or some other ingenious one, is ok with me -
1. being able to see the single sub-cat when you hover over the category donut (when there's only one sub-cat).
-- or --
2. being taken into a one sub-cat donut.
Windows 10/11

Yes with the graph, but is it easy to view the list or detail to know.
YNAB which is the sole I know to have a drill-down pie-chart, enables drill for a single subcat.
This is undesirable, as you then faulty think there is more than 1 subcat (with the hand cursor) and you see the same amount.
I will review other and still think about it.
