portable Homebank preferences not on a portable device

Portable HomeBank should use lastopenedfiles and preferences files which reside on portable device (together with program itself). Imagine using pendrive on the other PC.

config folder store/use those 2 files within the pen drive.

I don't understand what's going on. What do you mean?

My bug report was posted because of the following situation:

- I've installed HomeBank on a pendrive;
- I started HomeBank from a pendrive;
- HomeBank started using old preferences from HDD, which were stored before by older HomeBank.
- I understand portable HomeBank shouldn't use preferences from version installed on a PC before;
- moreover, I'm not able to find any config files on a pendrive.

If it's not an issue, please explain how it should go.

During setup when you select:
- portable device (usb key,...)

then select on a pen drive in E:\

HomeBank will install into E:\HomeBank
then preferences & lastopenedfile files will be stored/used from E:\HomeBank\config

OK, Maxime, thank you for your patience :-) Indeed, HomeBank 5.8.1 was installed as portable according to your explanation.

I don't know why previous portable install didn't make config folder. But now it works as expected. Thank you.
