Bug Description
My "post pending scheduled transactions" is ticked. I've defined some transactions for today. After HomeBook started, no transactions have been posted. Instead, they are visible as "late 1" in Scheduled bottom list. Look like a bug to me.

reproduce in 5.6 as well, so old problem
indeed, a stupid < instead of <= ...
