cross-currency transfer still do not propose target transaction

creating a new bug report as I'm not able to reopen ​#2047647 (https://bugs.launchpad.net/homebank/+bug/2047647/comments/2)

I added a small example file

Steps to reproduce
------------------

1. load attached xhb file
2. Open "EUR-Account"
3. Open "Transfer money to CHF-Account" transaction
4. Select "Transfer"
5. Select "CHF-Account" as "To"
6. Add "968.66" as CHF-Amount
7. Press "OK"

Expected behavior
-----------------

Pop-up suggesting to link transfer to existing "Get money transfer from EUR-Account" transaction in CHF-Account

Actual behavior
---------------

A new transaction is created in CHF-Account

I also tested to use the same Info-Text and date for both transactions without success

indeed, still fix to be done.
also when (it's the case) your file has no exchange rate from CHF to EUR

5.8-rc
- fail also when there is no exchnage rate
- open the dialog but fail to find the match txn

oh, didn't even noticed the exchange rate bug in the example file, hadn't encountered it in my normal file

it was a add-on as it revealed another bug on this part that I fixed also.

- https://www.gethomebank.org/public/binaries/HomeBank-58rc_fix2.zip
- replace the executable into Homebank 5.8rc install folder by the one within the zip file.
