Bug Description

When I open "Filter" dialog on the "Categories" tab, I see that:
- "inactive" option is selected
- all categories are grayed out and cannot be "unchecked".

But when the user opens this tab, he (or she) would probably like to remove some categories from the view (since all categories are displayed by default). So he must:
- click on the option combo to display the list
- click include/exclude on the list
- select the categories

IMHO two first steps could be removed (2 clicks less, great step in usability ;) ) and the tab could be simplified by removing the Options combo.
By default, all categories could be selected (as in include option) and user could select right categories using All/None/Invert buttons and checkboxes, which IMHO provide all needed functionality.

I don't know about how the others are using it, so I think more opinions could be gathered about this

As we don't have the right clic menu to filter by a value taken directly from a line.
I would suggest that if a line is selected when prompting the filter window, filters would still be "inactive" by default in each tab but each element in each possible tab would be checked. Then only the modification from "inactive" to "include" or "exclude" would allow filter effect.

As an exemple from line :

| 03/12/2012 | CreditCard | Franprix | Epicerie Franprix | | -28,76€ | Alimentation:Epicerie |

The filter box will be prompted with all tab inactives but with each value prechecked and grayed.
Then in one clic, the user can filter all lines considering a Payee (Tab Paye, choose "include") or exclude all lines about this category (Tab Category, choose "exclude") and so on.

I think that since the introduction of the quicksearch, this is no more required.
