It may be an excellent tool, but it is useless as it doesn't accept any csv file.

As you seems to think this is a forum, an opened a discussion, but not a wish of any kind, here are a few points:
- HB is a tool, hope fully useful despite this.
- If it do not suit your needs, you can use something else.
- CSV is not a monetary format, but is widespread, .
- The way to use CSV with HB is described into the documentation.
- There is already a wish about be more flexible with CSV import: #1738601
So, I understand your clumsy expressed point of view as a duplicate of 1738601
