Bug Description
Homebank 5.5.3
Ubuntu 18.04 and 21.04
Being able to expand or collapse a grouping by institution in Your Accounts is useful if the grouping contains just one account that is seldom used. I need to know the total of that institution but not the account name as there is only one. This feature works well and being able to collapse a group gives me extra space to display Scheduled, Future and Remind transactions in the panel below.
I'm not sure if this is a new feature or not but I've just discovered that if I collapse a group, close Homebank and then reopen Homebank the group shown in its expanded state. There seems little point in collapsing a group just for that session so I'm submitting this as a bug on the basis that this is a setting that should be remembered between sessions.
