Bug Description
Hi!
The order of categories in budget preparation is important. The most important categories should be positioned top, while the other can go lower. It is purely psychological effect. It is better to assign your money firstly on important things, and later to fun. I'd like to have convenient way of setting category order (possibly by drag'n'drop).
