Bug Description
For now, the payee details only contains the following: Name, default payment and category.
But payees are usually companies, for which we have a reference number, contact email, postal address, phone number of customer service, frequency of billing (every month, trimester, year) IBAN when applicable, etc. It would be very useful to be able to add those information to the payee description.
As a quick fix, just the possibility to have a note area whereas we can enter anything would be very nice !

What you describe is not a personal usage, most people won't need nor want to input their carrefour or decathlon details, because... they don't care having this for doing their accounting
There was a same request in the past, #1807111, but I still don't see what it brings to most users to have this additional data into their file at all.
if the only purpose is to be able to see the detail when manage payee, a side file, spreadsheet ,cloud file or whatever will enable the exact same
