Bug Description
I have a lot of assignment rules (399 so far).
Sometimes I find a bug with one of them and I need to modify it. I open the "Manage Assignments" window but then I have to search through the entire list by hand.
It would be better if I could sort the columns by the Search or Notes, or even better search for text. For example, I want to find the rule that categorizes McDonald's transactions by sorting and going to the "M" section, or by typing "McDo..." into a search bar.
I'm on Ubuntu 20.04 Mate with the version 5.3.2 running against GTK+ 3.24.20.

just added a standard gtk quick search, like in other
selecting the list & ctrl+F
or just typing some letter to start search in Search column
Column sort not desirable here, as the list can be reordered with drag&drop, so must remains in order
