Bug Description
Report generation allows specific tags to be excluded. In my case, I'm trying to exclude two tags: Travel and Business.
The tag UI treats the tag list as a space separated list that is ANDed together and then matched against transactions. This breaks the Exclude functionality since it would only exclude transactions that are both Travel and Business at the same time.
Given the context of what it means to exclude tags from a report, this should default to OR instead of an AND.
Sure, having a full-on boolean logic text entry field would be even better, but it's overkill.
Where:
1) Statistics Report
2) Edit Filter
3) Text
4) Exclude Tag

I was just about to write about the same problem.
I also use tags and it would be very useful to be able to filter results based on tags in an advanced way.
