Bug Description
Homebank 5.4
Ubuntu 20.04
A very minor bug or inconsistency that I've only just noticed after looking through the Changelog for the latest release and looking to see what has been changed or fixed.
Six buttons on the toolbar have tooltips starting with "Configure" but the names of the resulting dialogs all begin with "Manage".
Is this intended or an oversight? In my opinion the tooltips should start with "Manage".

I think is is the last tooltip into the code, before I missed to report it, and I did not change it at that time.
The be consistent with the dialog verb name, let's go for Manage.
