Is it possible to maintain a budget per year?

Each year several costs change. For instance my internet subscription changes once or twice per year. Also, the budget I have for this year may be radically different from last year.

Would it be a big change to register the budget per year. Overall, the combi year-month would determine in which budget amount a transaction applies to.

Is this feasible?

Yeah, my bad. Is indeed a duplicate. I totally forgot I already commented on the duplicate. But exporting and importing is a workaround for now.
