Bug Description

Is it possible to have assets depreciate or appreciate when they change value? For instance a house could have a value of 100.000 euro in 2015, 105.000 euro in 2016 resulting in an appreciation of 5000. This change in value is not an expense or income, but it does result in less value in total.

Would it be possible i.e. desirable to have these transactions types for an asset?
