HomeBank version: 5.2.3
Windows 10
Name: Richard Collins
I keep my homebank file on dropbox and I have dropbox installed on my computer. I am able to open my homebank file and make changes. However, when I try to save the file it gives me a message saying: File error Description says: I/O error for file "path of file". Have tried reinstalling both dropbox software and homebank. I have tried saving as a new file name and I get the same error message. Neither have fixed the issue. Was working fine for several months and then it started happening. If there is a fix I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

try to launch with command line, you should have a more precise error
