Bug Description

As per description: ability to visualize categories and sub-categories in one graph would be nice...
Could also break down bars of categories a stack of sub-categories.

Something like this:

This would be quite useful for the "Top Spending" chart on the main window.

Would be great if we could double click on any spending category on the chart and see all relevant charges

no concentric donut, when portion is small, hard to draw (and understand)
so drill down

now in report for categories:
- list is now directly on 2 level (no more subcategory choice)
- the pie/bar/line/stack are now drill down
the pointer turn into a hand to indicate there is child to watch/drill
and you can get back with a breadcrumb
