Accent on csv export

Bug Description

Hello,

On export csv HB is not at the moment able to respect word with accent
ex: à or é and interpolates writing like Débit for débit

Are you sure that it is not just the software you use that do not support UTF-8 ?

as I use g_io_channels the files are UTF-8 encoded, so there should not be problems here.
