wish: Add Select All/ Select None feature when importing transactions from files

Please, it's so annoying not having such a feature when importing transactions from files. As me and my partner need to only select a few sometimes for different kind of accounts we always have to deselect all the transactions one by one manually and if we then click "Next" and "Back" again they reset to all selected and we have to deselect them one by one all over again and my God if that's fricking frustrating. It would be so easy and simple to implement such a simple Select All/ Select None feature. So please I really do hope you consider my request, I think it really is important and would make everybody save sooooo much time when importing transactions depending on how many transactions you need to import.

this usage is quite specific, but as you say, it might be quite easy, so let's do this.
