wish : ease the tratment of new payee

Hi

My scenario:
- Open my current account
- Add a new transaction "restaurant payment", for instance.
- There, it is impossible to add a new "payee", we need to close the account window and open the "configure payee".
- There, we add it, and close the window
- There, open again the "operation list" and modify the "transaction" with the newly created payee.

Would be far easier to allow this from the "transaction" window ...

if you enter a payee that do not exists, it will be created.
