Bug Description
This is just minor annoyance but if the manage budget window is expanded to full-screen the category list does not take advantage of all the available space, as you can see from the attached screenshot. Ideally the list should expand to take over all the available space.
I am using 5.1.5 on Ubuntu 17.04
