account combobox can be default set to disabled account

Bug Description
after pressing "dodaj transakcję" (add transaction) button, inactive account is displayed.
I added 3 accounts:
account A
account B
account C
I made account A inactive (Manage -> Accounts -> select account A -> set flag "this account was closed").
After pressing "Dodaj transakcję" (add transaction):
a) on account lists, account A is displayed by default(which is an ERROR, since this account is not active)
b) only accounts B and C are displayed on the drop-down list (this is OK)
