missing libhogweed-4-1.dll in v5.1

First was missing libgmp-10dll. After downloading and restart of v5.1 now says libhogweed-4-1.dll is missing.
I may be a little stupid because I saved the accnts file in v5.1 which is no longer recognized by v5.09, so I'm screwed, I've lost all my data.

Nothing is lost, and normally the message for that dll missing is not blocking (as reported by others).
Here is the dll to add into homebank install folder

What is your os by the way?

explain of what happens: I introduced a new usage of libsoup and the required dll seems to vary from windows version.

OS is Windows 7, I'm not so good with Linux yet, so I'm stuck with the
beast.
