wish: show "Tags" of both sides for internal transfers

Bug Description
Entering an "Internal transfer", the value of the tag field is used for both transactions (the transaction in "Account" and "To account"). Later on changing that tag, the tag is only changed for the one transaction one is editing.
I think it is sometimes necessary to tag both sides of such transfers differently. So this should be possible but also transparent. Therefore I suggest that when changing "Payment" to "Internal transfer" to show a further input field for "Tags" of the other side of the tranfer. (In fact analogous to "To account". The same behaviour should be nice for status - then all fields of both sides of internal transfers should be visible.)

This was a bug.
It is fixed into 5.1 and above.
tags of internal xfer must be sync as well (they were not)
