Bug Description
If I manage the budget for a category of $0 (force manage the category) and I spend against that category throughout the budget year the result column displays in red with the word 'under'. For example budget is $0 and spend is $150. The result column will display $150 under (in red). It should in reality display '$150 over'.
Windows 7 Home Premium (32-bit)
Homebank 5.0.9
