CSV amount shoud take care of locale decimal separator

exporting data to an CVS sheet makes amounts usesless. I have to change each point to a comma.

For example:
3.89 must be 3,89 In Europe we use a decimal comma instead of a decmal point.

hello, also importing CVS files has a problem with comma numbers...
