date format incorrect when entering transaction

Bug Description

I am running HomeBank on Windows 7 and have set the date format as dd/mm/yyyy, however when I enter a transaction the date is shown as mm/dd/yyyy. I find this confusing and causing personal mistakes. Could you please look into this problem. Most people in Australia would/probably be finding the same.

The parameter you have changed is named display, so it only changes the display.
GTK+ which HomeBank relies, automatically adapt to the system preference, you may have something incorrectly set for that.
