importing cvs file silently skips a line!

Bug Description

It seems the Calculations are off after a few months of data by 2 to 5%...
Checking with spreadsheet (using numerated dates changing by one each for each transaction shows that one line (which is present int the csv file) is skipped! (in my case 04.03.2015.)

I found the reason: there was another ";" (semicolon) in the memo field, which messed up the line...

that's all the problem of that weird format.
what probably miss is an error rising, as it seems the skip is silent for now.

can you just provide a single sample line for my testing and to ensure the exact situation where this occurs ?
