wish: easy way to see closed accounts in account list

Bug Description
Sometimes I want to check some historical transactions I made years ago. I changed my accounts over time, so these old transactions live in the accounts that are now closed. To see them, I have to go to account settings, and unmark the account as closed, and after seeing what I wanted to, I have to go to account settings and mark the account as closed again.
I think it would be really nice to have a checkbox or a toggle button to toggle the display of closed accounts. This would make checking old stuff so much easier.
And while at it, you could also add the secondary currency toggle to the main UI as well, to make this feature act more similar to the way it acts within an account window.

Added a new popup menu with feature of #1164643 wish: totals per Financial Institution in account summary
+ a checkbox "show all"
that enable to show any closed, hidden from summary account
introduced read-only register window => you can't do any chnage on closed account, just read it
