wish: add regular expressions for advanced search methods.

Sometimes, I would like check the old transactions with different descriptions, but I don't remember, how was described the oldest or similar transactions. In these cases will be very helpfull during searching with using regular expression in all descriptions (include descriptions in subcategories and other fields).

It's also hard to found a Payee, if you do not remember the initials of it.
This in every Payee input box.

For this, the search modality used for the Categories in the "Add new Transaction" would be very useful

Reviewing this:
1) regex: no common people don't even know (or understand this)
2) @TonyIt: I implemented a partial search since then, so if you have payye named Jericho and search ric ou rich it mach, so nothing ore to do
