Bug Description
The QIF files i am dealing with have 'MMDDMERCHANTNAME' payee values like '0130AMAZON.COM'. i'm unable to apply assignment rules to the payee value based on the payee value because they're not empty. What i'd like is the ability to map columns on import. In this case, i would send the 'payee' (or perhaps 'name') values to the 'memo' field, which is empty in my case. Then my assignment rules could reference the memo instead of the payee, and the payee could be set.
Initially i thought i would request an option to set the 'payee' as a 'memo' (i had this option in the last software i was using), but after reviewing some similar requests, thought a more robust solution might be in order.

The simple swap memo/payee you may found in application like YNAB is sufficient.
That what I was implementing in a global re-factoring of import.
