wish: separe scheduled transaction from template transaction

If the user has over one hundred scheduled transactions, it's almost impossible to use the template functionality.

I know this is a heavy change, but if the two typologies could be separated in two distinctive windows, the usability will be a lot better.

maybe just a filter on the transaction dialog would suit:
- by default the dropdown just shows the non scheduled (real templates)
- a checkbox enable to show also the scheduled ones

I think "Manage scheduled/template transactions" might have a new combo box in the top to switch between the two types.
And only the type "template" should be showed in the "Add transaction" window.

Another missing important feature is a way to order that records. Leaving the user to order by Payee or by scheduled date will increase the usability.
