Bug Description
Occasionally I need to look at some other existing transaction when I'm adding a new one (for example to make sure I haven't already added this transaction before, or to make sure I fill in the fields the same as for a similar transaction). However the "Add" dialog box is modal and I can't scroll through the transaction list while the window is open.
