wish: Create a PPA for HomeBank

Now there is a new stable version of HomeBank, it would be great to have an installer for it for the current version of Ubuntu, using a custom PPA.

In the past I've always used getdeb.net but unfortunately they've shut down
(blog.getdeb.net)

I might investigate making my own PPA for Homebank

In fact David, I tried to build one but still have an error not yet have time to investigate on

I just proposed a merge with needed files for Debian / Ubuntu build. Please review them. I think this is all what you need to generate the PPA archive.
