Bug Description

Reported by Kristian Fiskerstrand on gnupg-users. His ECC key does not load into Hockeypuck: https://keys2.kfwebs.net/pks/lookup?op=vindex&search=0x43FE956C542CA00B

The ECC extensions to OpenPGP are described here: https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc6637.

At the very least, Hockeypuck should be able to parse the packets of such a key. It'd be much better to add ECC support to go.crypto/openpgp.

Pulling in to 1.0. Must be able to validate what we get from SKS peers.
