Bug Description
Evalbot is a bot to run bash commands in the IRC. it works by running a VM in the server and doing all the commands over there. it is known as a very stable and trustable bot.
IMHO we should join Evalbot inside Hoborg to make that function to be available in our bot too. it might be a module for the bot, maybe we'll call it "Evalbot" to mention the source.
