Bug Description
Links for bug reports (of Launchpad mainly but not only!) should be recognized by the bot and than it should send details about that bug report.

it should be done with plugins for each bug tracking system (bugzilla, Launchpad, trac) and a list of links to each specific bug tracking systems.
eg. rhbz for RedHat's bugzilla at https:/
mozbz for Mozilla's bugzilla at https:/
pidgin for Pidgin's trac at http://
so when user writes rhbz #636819
Hoborg will post the link to bug #636819 at RedHat's bugzilla.
