Bug Description
"The new structure has a number of bits for identifying the employed algorithms. These bits need to be parsed and the HI verification algorithms must be chosen accordingly. Also, when creating a HIT, the right bits must be set according to the employed Algorithms." by Tobias
In addtion to the new OGA bits in a HIT, according to a feedback of HIPWG, the HIT prefix will also change in HIPv2. This prefix change is necessary for a dual-version HIPL, otherwise it is hard to tell a HIT contains OGA bits or not.
