Bug Description
I recently stumbled on tap2deb and tap2rpm tools which offer a more convenient way to package python into binary packages. While current packaging scheme works flawlessly, it could be compressed further with the mentioned tools.

Also hipl-dnsproxy conflicts with python-dns without properly declaring it.
