align hi-related functionality in hipconf

Bug Description
Hipconf "get" and "add" are not well aligned currently:
i. hipconf add hi default => adds *all* HIs
ii. hipconf get hi default => gets the *default* HI
and also:
iii. hipconf add hi all => defunctional
iiii. hipconf get hi all => gets all HIs
The functionality of (i) should rather be as in (iii) as it used to be earlier.

Hello,
I Try to know what is my HIT of each of the 2 virtual machines that I have created. I don't know where I have to run hipconfig get hi default. I have also seen the hipd_config.
Can anyone help me?
