Bug Description

>>>> error(hipd/cookie.c:214@hip_get_r1): Unknown HIT

"Unknown HIT" to "Responder HIT in I1 does not belong to this host."
Would in my opinion make more sense.

>>>> error(hipd/output.c:835@hip_send_r1): No precreated R1

Here the HIT received with responders IP did not belong the responder. This in my opinion is not an error case as nothing went wrong. In general, if the sought A is not in list B is not an error. An error would be something like failed to load the list B for searching.

Also the second line could be skipped altogether as the HIT did not belong to us and we know it already, so why bother going to the hip_send_r1 code at all.
