Bug Description
The lifetime does not really work with "hipconf add server full-relay"
add server rvs|relay|
hipconf gives an error string with the lifetime. Works without it lifetime though.
Also, I think we should have some default lifetime (e.g. one hour) so that the lifetime would be optional.
