Bug Description
Check if this is still valid:
Currently, RVS/Relay HMAC is ignored at the Responder in
hip_relay_
would be to loop through all HMAC keys in hadb. This was required for some
ipv4-ipv6 interoperatibility case and I can't remember anymore the details.
