Bug Description

RPM/DEB packetization should create automatically hipd user/group. Probably
"make install" target too.

SV: "sudo adduser --system --no-create-home hipd"

hip_set_lowcapability() interface needs to be modified and we need separate
accounts for hipd, hipfw and agent.

Is this still a valid bug? Is there a fundamental flaw in how capabilities are dropped in current trunk?

It's ok to drop down to "nobody" but it would be even better to use a completely isolated account(s). If you will, we can leave this as an exercise for people importing the code to official linux distros.
