Following status wrong for people on remote status.net instances

Bug Description
If I follow someone who is not on identi.ca but on some other status.net instance on some different domain and I click on this persons name, Heybuddy tells me that I'm not following this person, although I actually am....
(Tested at least with a status.net account and Heybuddy trunk.)
