Bug Description

The class DiscreteGroup::RepStateProduct does not remember submitted RepState order. Due to this, the class needs to be renamed DiscreteGroup::RepStateProductCore and a wrapped called DiscreteGroup::RepStateProduct should be created that remembers the submitted order and normal-orders it to be passed to the DiscreteGroup::RepStateProductCore.
