Bug Description

Running npatrick04's hemlock.
tty backend
sbcl 1.2.7.16-4d500b1
Linux 3.17.6-1-Arch

Attempting C-x C-e on a defcommand form results in:
"Error: Invalid function name: "Name of defcommand""

Self-inflicted bug by some code adding location information to commands.
