Thanks for your report.

The page you found should have been removed long ago, since Ubuntu 11.04 is no longer supported. I'm surprised that it's still there. Needs to be investigated.

But the fact that that link is broken is not a bug; the linked page shouldn't be there either.

Hmmm... I have checked my local copy of help.ubuntu.com and those files are not present.
I have also checked every year from 10.04 - 16.10 and 11.04 is the only one with extra files.

Before filing a ticket at rt.ubuntu.com, I would like to try an experiment in an attempt yo delete the lingering files ourselves: First (maybe tomorrow), I will submit a commit adding the same files as those currently lingering; Second, a day later, and after verifying that now the published lingering files have a dates and file sizes of those added test files, delete them; Third, a day later, check if they are now gone at help.ubuntu.com.
