Update failure messages for DailyRelease status

Bug Description
If a stack is not published, an status message of "Failed {child job}" is generated. It should be:
- "Fail building" or "Tests fail"
Also, the prepare child job can be unstable (yellow in jenkins). If this is the case, the status should be:
- "Published (with some components ignored)"
The DailyRelease heuristics should be updated to use these status messages.
