Cron task to update benchmarks app

Having studied the qa_dashboard's crontasks, implement a cron task for the benchmarks app. Test it on the testing deployment, etc.

Can we use jenkins instead of cron for this?

This is a good idea but we'll have to persuade the distro-qa folks to adopt also--Chris what do you propose?

jenkins will likely be a no go from what I've heard from cjohnston

my cron job will be a simple jenkins_pull_openarena for the jeknins jobs and c3_pull_openarena for the certification.canonical.com jobs.

Why does this need to be jenkins vs just a cron?

jenkins is nicer, but from what I understand we can't use it. We have to use cron for pulling data.
