Arbitrary time-range for movie creation

Some users like to absolutely define the start and end times of their movies. This option can be included via the new movie dialog. When presented with the 'Duration' option, the start time and end time of the movie based on the currently selected duration can be indicated below

Duration [ 3 hours ]

2012/07/08 12:34:56 -> 2012/07/08 15:34:56

This lets the user know exactly what time range the movie creation process will be operating over. Further, the time-range can be editable. This lets the user define exactly the times they want. Let us say the user increases the end time of the movie by 15 minutes by editing the end time text field after the arrow "->". In this case, the Duration selector could report something like

Duration [ custom ]

2012/07/08 12:34:56 -> 2012/07/08 15:49:56

or

Duration [ 3 hours, 15 minutes ]

2012/07/08 12:34:56 -> 2012/07/08 15:49:56

The rest of the movie creation proceeds as is now normal.
